A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A DEED OF GIFT FROM THE
GEl'lERAL 1\rl0TORS CORPORATION. (~1AGliOLIA l\J.~D

\VHEREAS, the City Council having heretofore in its
Resolution No. 71R-63 agreed to the conditions under which
General Motors corporation would tender its Deed of Gift for
certain additional right of ~'lay on the vlest side of ~iIagnolia
Avenue: and
~rnEP~AS, the General ~otors Corporation nas tendered
suCh Deed of Gift to the City in satisfactory form; and
vlliEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interest of City to accept said Deed of Gift and to order
the same recorded.
NOW, ThEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it accept and it does hereby accept
tlle Deed of Gift of rig.t1t of \^lay for road and public utility
purposes from the General tr.otors Corporation.
ill~D BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be,
and she is nerebv autaorized and directed to cause said Deed of
Gift to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
Orange Coucty.
