NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahelm City ?lanning Commission dons hereby recommend to the City Cauncil of the City of Anaheim that subJect Petitlon for Reclasslflcation be approved and, by so doing, that Title 1A-Zoning of the Anahelm Municipal Coda be amenAed to exclude the above-described property from the RS-A-43,OQQ (RESIDENTIAL/AuRiCULTURAL) 20NE and to Incorporate sald descrihed property into thc RM-1200 (RESIDENTtAL, MULTIPLE-PAHILY) ZONE upon the foltuwing conditions which are hcreby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro~~osed use of subJoct property in arder to preser:~e the safety and genera) welfare of the Cltizen~ of the C(ty of Anahelm: RESOLUTION N0.
