AND DETERMINING THAT THE PROPOSED CONVEYANCE OF FEE T1TLE i0
PAP.CEL E04-603 fROM SANTA BARBARA SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
TO THE ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT IS IN CONFORMANCE
W~TH THE A!lAHEIM GENERAL PLAN AND CONFORMS TO 7HE REQUIREMENTS
FOR AN E1~ NECATIVE bECLARATION.
WHEitEAS~ the Santa Barbara Savings and Loan Associatlon is the fee owner of
a parcel of land identlfled as Parcel E04-603 of the Orange County Flood Control
Dlstrlct~s Atwood Channel in the City of Anahelm; and
WHEREAS, the Orange County Flood Control Dlstrict proposes to accept the
conveyance of the Poe title to Parcel E04-603 from SanXa Barbara Savl~ge and Loan
Assoclatlon; and
M~HEREAS~ the Government Code of th~ State of Callfornia~ Section 65402,
provides in pert that a loeal agency such as the flood eontrol district shall not
acqulre real property~ nor dlspose of any rea) property, nor con~t~•uct a publTc
building or structure in any county or clty. untll the locarlon~ purposa and exte~t
of such activity hes bean reported upon as te conformity wTth the adopted general
plen applicable thereto; end
NNEREAS~ the proposed conveyance has been revTe-.rod by the Anahelm Clty
Plenning Commisston In accordence with Saction 65402 0} the Caltfornla Government
Code~
NOW~ THEREFORE, RE IT RESbLVED, that tho Anaheim City Planntng Commisston
does hereby find and determine that the proposed eonveyance of fee tttle to Parcel
E04-60; Is in conformance with the City of Anahelm`s adopted 6enerai Plan and~
furthermore~ does concur in Lh~ ftling of r nogatlve declaration fran the
requlre!nents to prepare en environmentel inpact report for the subJect proJect.
