WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission did receive a verified Petition for Conritional Use Permit from JOtI~J PRIEM, ~132 S. Knott Street, Anaheim, California 9'::SC'f (Owner); PATRICK F. GP~LUP, 1724 W. Latalpa R120, Anaheim, California 92804 (Agent) of certai~ real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California described as: Lots i, 2, 3 and 4 of Tract No. 27Q1 in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a mpa recorded in book 115, pages 5 and b of Miscellaneous Maps,~records of Orange County, Californta, WIIEREAS~ the City Plannin9 Commisslon did h~ld a publtc hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on November 8, 1976, at 1:30 P.m., notice of said puhlic hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Muntcipal Code, Chapter 1A.03, to hear and consider evidence for and against sald proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations ln connection therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commission~ after due inspectlon, investtgation and study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and report:s offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. That the proposed use is properly ane for which a conditional us,e permit is authorized by Code Section, 18.44,.050.010, to wit: permit on-sale ~~f aicoholic beverages in a lodge. 2. That the petitioner stipulated that the proposed on-sale of alcoholic beverages will be to members and guests only. 3, That the proposed use is hereby granted, subJect to the removal of any extsting illegal signin9 on the subJect property, prior to the commencement of the proposed activity. 4. That the proposed use, as granted, wlll not adversely affect the adJoining land uses and the growth and development of the area in which it Ts proposed to be located. 5. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use, as granted, is adequate to ailow the full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor t~ the peace, health~ safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anahelm, 6. That the Conditional Use Permit. as granted, and under the condttlons imposed, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 7. That no one indicated thetr presence at sald public hearing in opposition; and that no correspondence was received in opposition to the subJect petition. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPAC7 REPORT FINDING; That the Direct~r of the Planning Department has determined Chat the proposed activity falls wtthin the definttton of Section 3.01, Class 1, of the City of Anaheim Gutdelines to the Requirements for an Environmentai Impact Reporfi and ls, therefore, categorically exempt from the requirement to flle an EIR. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grar.t~ in part, subJect Petition for Conditional Use Permlt, upon the 'Following conditlons which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequtsite to the proposed use of the subJect property in order to preserve the safety and general weifare o` ~he rl`.iaens af the C!Ly of Anaheim: 1.
