That the proposed use is properly one for which a conditionai use permit is authortzed by Code Sectio~ 18.61.050.070~ to wlt: an automobile ar~d truck repatr shop in the ML (INDUSTRIAL, LIHITEO) ZONE. 2, That the proposed use Is hereby granted, subJect to the stipu'srion by the petltioner that all repatr work wlll be perfarmed inside the buTldtng. 3. That the petltloner further stipulated that any outdoor stor.gge of automobtles or trucks will be properly and completely screened In acco~dance with Code standards. 4. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPAC7 REPdRT FINDING: That the Anahelm City Plann'ing Cadntssion does hereby recommend to the Clty Councll of the CTty of Anahelm that a RESOLl1TI0N NC. PC76-230 ~ ~ negative declaration from the requirement to prepare an environmental impact report be approved for the subJect proJect, pursuant to the provislons of thP Califor~~la Environmental Quality Act. NQW~ THEREFO~E, BE IT RESu^LVED that the Anahaim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subJece Petition for Condltional Use °ermit~ upon the following condittons which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in order .*.u preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens af the CTty of Anaheim: ~. That trash storage areas shall be provide~ ln accordance with approved plans on file w{ih the Office of the Director of Public Works. 2. That fire hydras;ts shall be installed and charged as requlred and determtned to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department prlor to commencement of structura; framtng. 3e 7hat appropriate water assessment fees as determined by the Director of Public Utilities shall be paid to the Lity of Anaheim prior to the issuance of a bullding permit. 4. Thet subJect property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and speclfica*_tons on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit No. 1. 5. That Conditton Nos. 1 and 4, above-mentioned, shall be complled with prtor to final building and zoning inspections. 6.
