A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEI~-1 APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITIES
OF RIVERSIDE AND BANNING TO SHARE COSTS OF
EXPERTS AND RELATED COSTS AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Cities of Anaheim, Riverside, and
Banning have heretofore employed George Spiegel as Special Legal
Counsel and R. W. Beck and Associates as Consultants in connec-
tion with various matters concerning the relationship of said
Cities with the Southern California Edison Company; and
WHEREAS, said Cities desire to share the costs of the
matters hereinabove mentioned.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and condi tions of an agree.-
ment with the Cities of Riverside, and Banning sharing the costs
of employing George Spiegel and R. W. Beck and Associates and
related costs be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
