ENVlRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING: That Environmental Impact Repnrt No. 192, t!aving beeri considered this date by the Anaheim City Planning Commisslon and evidence, both written and oral, having be~n ~resented to supplement sald draft EIR No. 192~ the Planning Commisslon believes that said draft EIR No. iQ2 does conform to thc City and State Guideilnes and the State of California Environmental Quality Act RESOLUTION N0. ?C76-'264 ~ ~ and~ based upon such information, does hereby recommend to the City Council of the City of Anahetm that they certify said EIR No. 192 is in compliance with saici Environmental Quality Act. ~JOW, T1IEREFGRE, BE IT RESOLVED that r.he Anahcim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subJect Petition for Conditional Usc Permit, upon the followinc~ conditions which are hereby found Co he a necessary ~rerequisite to tfie proposed use of the subJect property in order to preserve the safety and generai welfare of the Citizens of the City of~Anahsim: 1. That 2he petitioner stipulated to conductir.g addttional study consisting of flying a balloon at the rnaximum build~ng height to assure that no portion of the proposed tower will b~ visible from ~aithin Disneylard Pa~k, ~•~ith results of said sCudy to be submitted to the Planning Department for revie~a, as stipulated to by the petitioner. 2. That trash storaae area~ ;hall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the Office of the Direc:or of Public Works. 3. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire De.partment prior to commencement of structurai framing. 4. Tha2 this Conditional lise Permit is granted subJect to the completion of Reclas~ification No. 66-67-61, now pending. 5. That the existing traffic signals at the intersectfon of Cerritos Avenue and West Street and along lJest StreeC at the hotel entrance tse rebuilt to Engineering standards and speclficatians as approved by the Traffic Engineer, the cost of said signals is to be borne entirely by the petitioner, as stipulated to by Che petitioner. 6. That subject property shall be developed substantiaily in accordance with plans and specif(car.ions un file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. i through 13. 7. That Condition PJos. 1 and 4, above-nentioned, shall be complied with prior to the commencement of the activity authorized under this resoluticn, or priar to the time that the building permit is issued, or witnin a period of one year from date hereef, whichever occurs first, or such further time as tne Pianning Commissi~n and/or C'.ty Council may grant. 8.
