RESOLUTION NO. 71R- 138
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TE~~S AND
CONDITIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO SIGN A CONTRACT EMPLOYING
R. W. BECK AND ASSOCIATES AS CONSULTANTS.
WHEREAS; the City Attorney and Utilities Director
submitted a report to the City Council at the City Council
Meeting of January 26: 1971; and
vmEREAS~ said report recommended that the City of
Anaheim employ R. W. Beck and Associates to represent the City
as Consultants; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved said joint report
of the City Attorney and Utilities Director; and
WHEREAS r an agreelnent has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which, are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW: ~HEREFOm~, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement employing R. W. Beck and Associates to represent the
City as Consultants be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and are hereby; authorized to execute said agreement by
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
