A RESOLUTIOrl OF TliE Cli.ry COUi~CIL OF THE
CITY OF ~~AHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS ~~D
CONDITIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO SIGN A CONTRACT EMPLOYING
GEORGE SPIEGEL AS LEGAL COUNSEL.
WriEREAS, the City Attorney and Utilities Director
submitted a report to the City Council at the City Council
Meeting of January 26, 1971; and
vffiEREAS! said report recommended that the City of
Anaheim employ George Spiegel to represent the City as Special
Legal Counsel; and
~~aEP~ASr the City Council approved said joint report
of ~~e City Attorney and Utilities Director; and
WHEP~ASr an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which: are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
~"OW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of ~~e City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement employing George Spiegel to represent the City as
Special Legal Counsel be~ and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURT~-I1~R R.t3S0LVED that the !vlayor and Ci ty Clerk
be, and are llereby: authorized to execute said agreement by
and on behalf of the Ci ty of ~\.naheirn.
