WHEREAS, the City Planning Cormnission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional Use Permit from ANA11EIt1 ME~40RIAL HOSPITAI. ASSOC., 1111 West La Palma Ave~ue, Anaheim, California 928Q1 (Owner); JAt4ES W. McALVIN, :111 ~d. La Palma Aversue, Anaheim, California 92801 (Agent) of certain real nronerty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California described as: Lot 18 of Tract No. 1691, in the City of Anaheim, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 52, pages 18 and 19, ~4iscellaneous Maos, records of said Oranae County; and also Lot 53 of Tract No. 1G91, in the City of Anaheim, Lounty of Orange, State of California, as oer map recorded in book 52 pages lII and 19 of t~tiscellaneous tiaps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said county. WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a nublic hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anahe9m on March 1, 197G, at 1:30 p.m., notice of said .public hearing having been duly given as requir•~d by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim ~4unicipal Code, Chapter 18.03, to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposed conditional use and to investiqate and make findings and recommendations in connection there~•iith; and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due insoection, investigation and study nade by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and renorts offered at said hearing, does find and determine the follo~ving fiacts: 1. That the proposed ~~se is property one for which a conditional use permit is authorized by Code Section 18.41.050.100, to wit: expand an existing hospital parking lot. 2. That the proposed use will not adversely affect the ad~oining land uses and the growth and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located. 3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use 9s adequate to allow the full development of the pronosed use 1n a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 5. That no one indicated their pr~sence at said public hearing in oppositior~; and no correspondence was received in opposition to sub~ect petition. ENVIRONMENTAL It4PACT REPORT FINDING: That the Director of the Planning Department has determined that the proposed activity falls within the def9n9tion of Sect9on 3.01~ C;ass 11, of the C•ity of Anaheim Guidelines to the Requirements for an Environmental Impact Report and is, therefore, categorically exempt from the requirement to prepare an EIR. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does l~ereby grant subject Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon thP fo11o~~~ing conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the sub3ect property in order to preser~e the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: i, That this conditional use permit is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification N~. 75-76-26, now pending.
