WFIERcAS, t~ie City Planning Commission did hold a pu6lic hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on April 12, 1976, at 1:30 p.m., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as re.quired hy laar and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 1II.03, to hear a~d consider evidence for and against said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommend~Yions in connection therewith; and WHFREAS, said Comr~ission, after due inspection, investigation and study made by itself and in its hehalf, and a`ter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and deterr~ine the follo~~~ing facts: 1, That the proposed use is properly one for which a conditional use permit is authorized by Code Section 13.4~I.n5n.~1~, tn v~it: permit "on-sale" beer and ~aine in a restaurant. 2, That the petitioner indicate~i that beer and ~olne ~aill he sol~i in conjunction with the serving of r~eils only. 3.
