EtJVIRO~~MENTAL IMPACT FI~lOlIIG: That the Uirector of the Plann;:~g Department lias determined that the proposeJ activity falls witfiin the definition of Section 3.01, Classes 1 and 3, of [he Ci[y of Anaheim Guidelines to the Requirements for an Environmental Impact Report and is, [herefore, categorically exempt from the requirement to file an ElR. t~Ok', THEREFORE, E3E IT RESOLVE~ that thc Anaheim City Planning Comrnission does hereby grant, in part, subject Petition for Conditional Use Permil, upon the foilowing conditions wii+ch are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite :o the proposed use of the subject property in order to preservr the safety and general welfare of tne Citi~ens of the Ci[y of Anahcim: 1. That street lighting facilities along Red Gum S[rec[ shall be installed as requfred by thc Director o` PuLlic Utilities and in accordance ~aiYh s[andard speciFications on file in tFie Office of [he Director of Public Utilities; or that a bond, cer[ificate of deposit, le[ter of creJit, or cash, in an amount and form satisfactory [o thc Ci[y of Analicim, sfiall be posted witli the City to guarantee [he ins[alla[ion of the above-mentiuned requirement. 2. That trash storaye areas siiall be proviJed in accordance with approved plans on file wi[h the Office of the Direc[or of Public :lor4;s. 3.
