Sunkist Street, Anahcin, California 9230G, owncrs of ccrtain rcalpropcrcy situated in
the City of Anahci~,~, Cou;ty of Orangc, State of i:al(fornia, described as:
Parcel 1, as slidNn on a riap recorded in book 23, page 7 of Parcel
Maps, records of Orange Cuunty, California; and
WHER[A5, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anahein on May 23, 1~77, ~t 1:3~ P•in., notice of said public
hearing having been July given as required by law anel in accordance with the
provisions of thc Anahcirn Municipal CoJe, Chapter 1E.03, to hcar and consider

WHEREAS, said Corrnission, aftcr due inspec[ion, investigation and study made
by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of ail evidence and reports

1. That the peti[ioner requests reclassification of the subject pruperty

z. That the Anahein Gencral Plan desiynates subject propcrty for low-

3, That the proposed reclassification of subject property is necessary
and/or desirablc for the orJerly and proper devclopment of thc community.
4. That the proposeu reclassific~tio~ of subject propcrty does properly
relate [o tlie zones and thcir permitted uses locally estahlishecl in close proximity
to subJect property and to tlic zoncs and thcir pcrmitted uses generally estabilshed
tfiroughout the comnunity.

revie.+ed the subject proposa to reclassify [he property fron [he RS-A-G3,000
(P.esirlential/Agricultural) Zonc to the RS-;200 (ResiJential, Si~gle-Family) Zone: on
land consisting of l.c acres located at the norttieast corner of Jamison Street and
Sunkist Strcct and does hcreby recor~r~end to the City Council of thc CiCy of Anaheim
[hat a Ne9~tive Declaration frorn thc requirement [o preparc an environmental impact
report be ~pproved on tfic basis that there would be no significant individual or
cumula[ive adverse environmental irnpact due to the approval of this Negative
Ceclaration since the Anaheir, General Plan desiynates the subject property For low-

submit[ed by the petitioner indicates no siynificant adverse environr~ntal inpac[s;
and that the Ileyative Declaration substantiating thc forcyoing findings is on file in
the Office of thc Plannin, Department.
t~OU, TiiEREFOR[, BE IT RtSOLVED that thc Anaheim Lity Planning Cammission
does hereby recomm~nd [o the City Council of the City of Anaheim that subject
Petition for Reclassification be approved and, by so doinr~, tha[ Title 18-Zoning of
the Anahein Municipal Code be amenJeJ to er,clude the above-described property frort~
the RS-A-43,000 (RESIDkIlTIAL/AGRICULTL'RAL) ZOt1E and to incorporate said described
proFerty into thc RS-7200 (RESIDEtI71AL. SItiGLE-FANILY) ZO!IE unconditionally.
