One side-on lot propose~ 2. EiIVIROt~t1El~T<~L IHPACT FIt~QI11G: Tha[ the Anaheirn City Ptanning Commission, having considered Environmenta Impac[ Report No. 198 for the proposed dev~lopment of 44 lots on the 25.1 acres located approximately 2050 feet south oi the centerline of San*.a Ana Ganyon P,oad, finds that (a) potenCial projec[-generated individual and curaulative adverse Impacts have been reduced to an insignificant level due to the equestrian-type estates, and (b) the subject E1R lio. 19a conforms to the City and -z- ^c77-ti5 State Guidelines and thc State of C~lifornia Enviro~mental Quality Act and, based upon the foreyoing inforn~tion, the Planniny Commission does here6y recortmend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that they certify saiJ EIP. Plo. 198 is in compliance with said Environmental Quality Act. Copies of EIP.
