Environmental Impact P.eport and is, thereforc, ca[egorically exempt From the
requirement to file an EiK,

does hereby 9rant subject Petition for Condi[ional Use Permit, upon the followin9
conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary ~rerequisite to tfie proposed use
of the subject property in order to preservc thc safety and general welfare of the
Citizens of the City of Anaheim:
