WHEREAS, the Anaheim Ditty Planning Commission did receive a verified PetItIon for Conditional Use Permit from MAURICE PINTO, P.O. Box 3421, Anaheim, Calfiforinia 92803 (OwmwN11 DARRELL NOE AND L. That the Piannoig Commission determined that a wedding chapel is an appropriate use in the City of Anaheim; however, such facilities should not be ocated at the subject location In a converted residence unless the property is upgraded to comply with the, appropriate zonIng and building codes; and that such use', as proposed on Harbor Boulevard in an older buildng with Inadequate parking would -be downgrding to the area. 6. That the proposed use wlIi adversely affect the ad oining and uses and the growth and development of the area In which it is proposed to be located. 7. That the slze and shape of the site proposed for the use is not adequate to aflow the full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 8. ENVIRONMENTALIMPACT REPORT FINDING That the Drecter of the Planning Department has determined Chit tKiroposeaWalvity fa within the defi• on of Section 3.01, Class 1, of the City of Anaheim Guidelines to the Requirements for an Environmental Impact Report and is, therefore categorically exempt from th requirement to file en EIR. NOW, THEREFORE, BE ri RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby deny subject Petition for Conditional Use Permit on the basis of the aforementioned findings.
