has determined that the proposed activity falis wi[hi~ the definition of Section
3.01, Class 1, of [he City of Anaheim Guidetines to the Requirements for an
Environnental Impact Report and is, therefore, categorically exempt from the
requirern~nt to file an EIR.
NOW, THEREFOFE, BE IT RESOLVEU that thc Ananeim City Planning Commission
does here~y 9rant subjec[ Petit~~n for Conditio~al Use Pernit, upon the follo~aing
condition whi~h is hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of
the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfar~ of ttie
Citizens of the City of Anaheim:
1, That subject property shall be developed substantially iri accordance
with plans and specifications on file r+itfi the Lity of Anahein marked Exhi~it Nos. 1
and 2.
