That Waivers 1'b and 1 ®c, above - mentioned, are reby granted to permit atisplay in the setback area on the basis that the proposed displu y will not have ,fin adverse fnpct upon surrounding land uses. • 4. That Waiver 1 ®d, above -m+ tioned, is hereby granted sl ce the petitioner stipulated to constructing a 6-foot high masonry wall along the entire st property line and extending -long the south property line to a point all »n ing with the re r of the tr sh stora e area s sho on the su m i tted plans. 5. That the petitioner stipulated that no maintenance or repair work on .the boats will be conducted on the subject property, except for . the possible installation of accessories, i.e. mirrors, etc. 6. That the 1 nning C: isslon determined that the ,iroposal is =n interim use of the subject property, due to the area being subject to transition within few years and, therefore, grants this condition l use permit for period of five (5) years, ..wject to review nd consi.ieraotlon for possible time extensions upon written request by the petitioner. 7. That the proposed ,se, as granted, will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the gr th nd development of the area in which it is proposed to be located. 8. Th -t the size and shape of the site proposed for the use, as granted, is adequate to =flow the full development of the proposed use in a manner not detriment 1 to the particular re nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 9. That the Conditional Use Permit, as granted, and under the conditions imposed, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety andienerai welfare of the Citizens of the City of An helm. 10. That no one indicated their presence at said public hearing in opposition; and that no correspondence w s received in opposition to the subject petition. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING: That the Director of the Planning Departm has determined that the propose activity falls within the definition of Section 3.01, Class 1, of the City of Anaheim Guidelines to the Requirements for an Environment 1 Impact Report and is, therefore, categoric lly exempt fr '•? the requirement to file an EIR. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City P1nning Commission does hereby gr =nt subject Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the foll wing conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in order t preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: 1 .
