That the proposed use is properly one for which a conditional use permit is authorized by Anaheim Municipal Code Section 1;.if4,050.010, to wit: to permit on-sale beer anJ wine in a proposed restaurant. 2. That the petitioner indicated the an:icipated hours of operation ~aill be 11:OQ a.m, to 9:~0 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11:00 a,m, to 9:3o p.m. Friday and Saturday; that the maximum number of employees will be approximately 30 and the maximum seating capacity ~vill be IEE: persons; and that beer and wine will be served cnly to seated patrons in conjurction with meals. }. NOU, Tt~EREF4P,E, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plannirg Corrsnission does hereby grant subject Petition for Conditional Use Permdt, upon the following conditions which are hereby foun~ to be a necessary prerequisi[e to t5e proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and aeneral welfare of the Ci*_izens of thc City of Anaheim: i. That fire liydrant~ shall be installed and charged, as required and deterrnined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department, prior to commencement of structu, ' framing. 2. That Che c~wner(s) of subject property shall submit a letter requesting terminatlon of Condit(onal Use Permit No. 1616. 3, Tha[ subject propPrty sfiall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file Nith the City oF pnaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 through 4. 4, That Condition No. 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the commencement of the activity au[horized under th(s resolution, or prior to the _Z_ PC77-t64 ~ ~ time that the buildiny p~~mi[ is issued, or witl~in a perlod of one year from date hereof, whichever occurs first, or ~uch further time as the Planning Commission may grant. 5.
