ENVIRO~lMENTAL INPl~CT FII~DING: That the Anaheim City Planning Commission has reviewed the subject proposal consisting of a church expansfon on approxima[ely 1.5 acres having a frontage of approximatcly 171~ fecc on the east side of East Street, having a r~iaximum depth of approximately 38Q feet, being located approximately 132 feet north of tfie centerline of Turin Av~nue, and f~~rther described as 1026 West East Street, with waivers of mi~imum side y~rd setback a;;~d minimum rear yard setback, and does hereby approve thc Negative Declaratio~: ~rom the requiremen[ to prepare an environmental impact report on the basis that ihere would ue no significant individual or curnulative adverse environmental impact due to Che approval of this Negatlve Declaration since the Anaheim General Plan desl9nates the subject property for low-density residential land uses comrnensurate with thc proposal; that no sensitivic environr.ientai impacts are invalved 3n the proposal; that the Initial Study submltted by the petitioner indicates no stynificant individual or cumulative adverse environmental impacts; and that the Negative Ueclaration substantiating the foregofng flndings is on file in the City oT Anahcim Planning Department. ~~OW, THEREFORE, BE fT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Cnmmission does hereby grant subject Pec?tion fpr Conditional Use Permit, upon thc fotlowing conditfons which are hcreby iound to be a necessary prerequisite to thc proposed use of the subject property in order co preserve tiie safety and general welfare of tF~e Citizens of the City ~f Anaheim: i. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of ~a~ a mar,ner satisfactory to the City Engineer. 3. That subject property shall be developed :;ubstantially in accordance with plans and specifications on filc with the City of An~,heim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 througti 3. 5. That Londition No. 3, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the comnencement of the activity autl~orized under tfiis resolution, or prior to the ttme that the buildiny permit is issued, or within a period of one year from date hereof, wl~ichever accurs first, or such further time as the Planniny Commission may grant.
