1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a conditional use
permit ts authorized by An~heim Municipal Code Section i8.~ih,050.160, to wit: to
permit expansion of an existing motcl.
2. That the preposed use wili not advcrsely affect ~he adjoining land uses
and the yrowtfi and developmen[ of the area in which i[ is proposed :o be iocated.
3. That tlie sizc and shape of the sftc proposed for the usc (s adequatc to
allow thc full developmen[ of thc proposed use in a manncr not detrimen[al to the
particular arca nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of che Citizens
of thc City of Anahcim.

opposition; and that no correspondence was received in opposition to the subJect
petition.

EIdVIRONMENTAL I: ..:CT FINDING: That the Director the Planning Department
has determine~+ that *_he proposed activity falis within [he definition o` Seciion
3.01, Class 1~ of the City of Anaheim Guidelines to the Requiremen*_s fo~ an
Environmental Impact Rep~rt and is, therefiore, categorically exempt irorn the
requirement to file an EIR.
N041, THEREFORE, BE IT RESQLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Cortmission
does hereby grant subject Petition for Conditicnat Use Permit, upon the following
conditi~ns which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed ~se
of the subject property in order *..o preserve the safety and general welfare of the
Citizens of the City of Anahe~m:
1. That the owner(s) of subjeet property shall deed to the City of Anaheim
a five (5) f~t public utility easement along the west boundary of subject property.
2. That subject property shall be developed substantiaily in accordance
~,~ith plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1
and 2.
3, That Conditton No. 1, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to
the commencement of the activity autf~orized under thii resolution, or prior to the
time that the building permit is issued, or within a period of one year from date
hereof, ;vhichever occurs firs[, or s~ch fur[her time as the Planning Cormission may
grant.
4, T'~a[ Condition No. 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to
final building ~nd zani~g inspections.
