UG CONt11 SS I ON TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONt~ECTiON WITH VARIAI~CE ir~. 2847 11HEREAS, on Septen~ber 29, 1976, Variance No. 2847 was granted by the Anaheim City Planning Commissior~ to pernit eight (8) "picnic-type" tables in front of an exisLing delicatessen/convenience market on an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 1.2 acres, having approximate frontages of 149 feet on the south side of Lincoln Avenue; 100 feet on the west side rf Laxore Street, and 100 feet on the norlh side of Embassy Avenue, and further described as 2960 West Linco~n Avenue; and WfiEREAS, [he applicant (Y.en Doi) has submitted a request to terminate Variance I~o. 284J due to a change in tenants and the use permitted by the variance is no longer establisiied, and there are no future plans to re-establish the use. NOW, THEREFORE, BE !T R[SOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all procecJings of Variance ~lo. 23~~7 on the basis of the foregoing findings. THF.
