PC77-?.06 tJObl, 7NEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahein City Planning Ccvnmission d~~ ; hereby 9rant subject Petition for Conditional Use Ferrtiit, upon the following conditi~ns which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general v~elfare of the Citizens of the Ci;y of Anaheim: 1, That appropriate o-ra[er assessment fees as determined ~y the Director of Public Utilities shall be paid to the City of Anaheim prior to the commencement of the activity authorized under this resolution or r:ithin a oeriod of sixty (60) days from date hereof, whichever occurs first. 2. Tha[ the steam cleaninG facility shall he enclosed to a height of not less [han 6 feet either by solid masonry, building ~valls, or chainlinH fence entire)y interwoven with reda~ood or cedar slats. 3. That the drainage from the suhject steam cleaning facility shall be disposed of in a manner satisfactory to the Ci[y Engineer. r+. That subject property shall be de~eloned substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file ti~~ith the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit t~os. 1, 2 and 3, 5.
