WIiEREAS, on September 13, 1~7G, Conditional Use Permit ?!o, iG53 was granted
by the Anaheim City Planning Corrrnission to esiablish a private club (headquarters,
meeting liall, practice facility and storage for a marching band) on property
consisting of approximateiy `J.9 acre having a frontage of appr~~ximately 2'L5 feet at
the westerly end of Wright Circle and beiny loca[ed approximately 53~ feet west of
the centerline of State College Doulevard; and
WHEREA5, the applicant (Joseph Maag) has submitted a request tc terminate
Conditional Use Permit I~o. iG53, inasmuch as the pernitCed use has not been
established and there are no plans to establish it i~ the future.
WObI~ TIIER[FORE, [3E !T RESOLVF.D that th~ Anaheir,i City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit Ilo. 1G53 on the basis
of ihe foregoiny findinys.
