of the subject ~ropcrty in ordcr to prescrve the safety and general ~aelfare of the
Citizens of the City of Anahcim:
t. Tha[ fire hydrants shall be installed and charged, as reyuired ard
determined to be necessary by the Chief of [he Fire Departnent, prior to commencement
of structural framing.
2. That street liyhting facilities along La Palma Avenuc and West Street
shall be installed as required by the Director of Public Utilities and in accordance
with 5tandard specifications on file in the Office of the Director of Public
Utilities; anJ/or ttiat a bonJ, certificate of deposit, letter of credit, or cash, in
an amount and form satisfactory to tfie City of ltnaheim, shall be pos[ed with the City
to guarantee the installation of the above-rnentioned requircments.
