Environmental Irnpac[ Report and is, thereforc, categorically exempt from the
r~.quire~aent [o file an EIR.

does hereby 9rant subject Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the followiny
eonditions which arc hereGy found [o be a necessary prerequisi[e [o thc proposed use
of the subject property in orJcr to prescrve the safety and general rlelfare of thc
Citizens of the City of Anaiieim:
1. That street lightiny facilities along Harbor Boulevard shal) ~e
ins[alled as required by tl~e Director of Public Utilities and in accordance with
standard specifications on file in tfie Office of Clie Direc[or of Public Utilities;
and/or that a bond, certifica[~ of Jeposii, Ie[t~r of credit, or casti, in an amount
