D03ROSK1, lt092 Headowbrook SLrePt, Orange, California 92665, awner, and BETTY L. TIDWELL, 70~ East ~~orth Stree[, Hnaheim, California 9'1801, agent, of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheirn, County of Oranye, State of California, described as follows: Lot 10 in Block D of Tract 247, as per Map recorded in aook 13, Page 51 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said Lounty; and Wl1EREA5, the City Planning Lor,mission did hold a public hearing at thc City Hall in the City of Anahuin on December 5, 1977, at 1:30 p.m., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 1£,.03, to hear and consider evidence for and ayainst said proposed variance and to investigate and make fi~dings and racommenda[ions in connection therewith; and WHtREAS, said Corru~issio~, aftcr due ir~spection, investigation and study made by itself and in its behalf, and aftcr due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said fiearing, does find and determine the following facts: i. That there are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or conditions applicable ta the property involved or to the intended use of the property that do not apply generally to the property or class of use in the same vicinity and zone.
