NOIJ, THEREFORE, DE IT R[SOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby gran[ subject Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the followi~g conditions which are herehy found to be a necessary prereGuisite to [he oroposed use oP the su~ject property in order to preserve the safcty and ~eneral rrelfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: 1.
