ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING: That the Director of the Planning Department has determtned that the proposed activity falls wiChin the def(nition of Section 3.01, Class 1, of the City of Anaheim Guldelines to the Requirements for an Envlronmental Impact Report and fs, therefore~ categorically exempt from the requlrement to fiie an EIR. NOW, THc:REFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahefm Cfty Planning Lommission docs hereby grant ~ubJect Petitlon tor Conditlonal Use Permit, upon the following condttlons Hhich are hereby found [o be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of thc subJect property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of tlie City of Anahetm: l. That subJect property shall be developed substantlally ln accordance with plans and speciflcations on file w(th the CI[y of Arahelm marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2. 2. 1'hat the beer and wine shali be soid ln conJunctlon with the serving of meais only, as stlpuiated to by the petltioner. 3.
