PC 77-44WHEREAS, On October 27, 1976, Variance No. 2859 was granted for a period
of one year by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit a roof - mounted sign
in addition to a free - standing sign fir a miniature golf course on property con-
sisting of approximately 1.3 acres located on the West side of Beach Boulevard
approximately 1190 feet South of Orange Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the applicant (Alfred D. Paino, owner of the subject property) has
submitted a request to terminate Variance No. 2859 inasmuch as the tenant who
erected the roof - mountcd sign has vacated the property and the sign has been
remove6,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Variance No. 2859 on the basis of the
foregoing findings.
