That the proposed use Is properly one for which a conditional use permit is authorized by Anaheim ~1un(c~nal Code Section 18.03,03~.O10. to wit: permit a dance hall in a res[aurant. 2. That the proposed use, including dance music furnished by a mechanical music device, is hereby granted for a period of one (1) year, subJect to revlew and consideration for possible tlme ex[enslons, upon wri[ten request by the petitloner, In ~rder for the proposed use to be monitored for compa[abilliy with surrounding land uses. 3. That thc proposed use, as granted, will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development of the area in aihich it is proposed to be located. 1~. That no one indfcated their presence at said public heareng in opposition; and that no correspondence was received in oppositlon to the subJect petition. ENVIRONMENTAL IMf'ACT FItIQiP~G; That the Director of the Planning Department has determ ned that the proposed actdvity falls within the deftnition of Section 3.01, Class 1. of the City of Anaheim Guidelines to the Requirements for an Environmental Impact Report and is, therefore, categorically exempt from the requirement to file an EIR.
