That the petlttoner proposes a reclassification of zoning on the above- described propcrty from the R5-A-43,000(SC) (RESiDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL - SCENIC CO~RIDOR OVERLAY) ZONE to the RS-HS-22,000(SC) (RESIDEHTIAL, SINGLE-FAMILY HILLSIDE - SCENIC CORRIDOR OVERLAYI ZONE. 2. NOW, ?NEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahelm Clty Planning Commlssion does hereby recamknd to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that subJect Petition for Reclasslficatfon be approved and, by so dotng, that Title 18-Zoning of the Anahefm Municlpal Code be amended to nxclude the above-descrlbed property from the RS-A-43,000(SC) (RESIDENTIAL/AGRICUd.TURAI ~ SCENIC CORR~DOR OVERLAY) ZONE and to lncorporate seid descrlbed property into the RS-HS-22,OQ0(5:) (RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE- FAMILY HILLSIDE - SCENIr LnRRIDOR OVE~IAY) ZONE upon the following conditions whlch are hereby found to be a,r~cesyary prernqulsite to the proposed use ~f subJect property in order to presar•;~ the sa~ety and ger.eral rrclfare of the Citizcns of the Clty of Anahefm; °2- RESOLUTIQN N0.
