That the proposed use Is properly one for which a conditlonal use permlt 15 authorized by the Anahelm Municlpal Code Section 18.44.OSU.160, *.o wit: permlt a motel. 2. That the proposal Is granted for a 50-unlt motel and manager's unit, and that the petltioner stlpulated to submitting revised plans ln conformance wlth Code standards to the Planning Department for review and approval, prior to the Issuance o` a building permit. 3. That thc petltio~er sttpulated that a maxlmum of 6 rental unlts (12$ of the total number of motel ren[al un;ts) wlll have kftchencttes. 4. That the petitlaner stlpulated that the Intent of the proposal does not include a coffee shop or restaurant In connectlon wlth the motel units. 5, That the proposed use wlll not adverscl~ affect the adJoir.ing land uses and the growth and devetopment of the area ln which it is proposed ta be located. 6. NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahelm City Plann(ng Commisston does hereby grant subJect Patitlon for Conditlonal Use Permlt, upon the following condltlons which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisfte to [h~ proposed use of the subJect property ln order to preserve the safe[y and general welfare of the Citlzens of the Gtty of Anahe(m: 1. That this Condi[lonai Use Permlt is granted subJect to the completion of Reclasslficatlon No. 73-74-55, now pending. 2. That revlsed ptans shall be submttted [o the Planning Dcpartment for revlew and approval prior to the issuance of a bulidlny permiY, said plans to show a 50-unit motel and a manager's unit In conformance with Code standards and a maximum of 6 rental units (12$ of the total number of ren[al units) to tnclude kitchen efficlency units wl[h a maximum of 6-cub(c foot rafrlgerators, two-burner stoyes (excluding oven and beking Pacilittts), and single-com~nrtment sinks, except tha[ the manager's unit yli) be allowed co have full kitchen facllltles and, fur[hermore, that a coffee shop or restaurant shall not be Included as aart of the development, as s[ipulated to by the petltloner, 3.
