Armando Street~ and dces hereby approve the Nega[Tve Declaration from the rcquiranent
to prepare an environmental impact repor[ on thc basis that ihere would be no
sTgnificant indtvidual or c~nulative adverse environmental impac[ due to the approvai
of this Nagative Declara~ion since the Anaheim General Plan designates the subject
property for general industrial land uses commensurate with the proposal; that no
