TERMINATING ALl. PROCEEbINGS tN CO!lNFCTION 'e11TH VARIANCE N0. 2736
WHEREAS, on Septenber 29, ~975. Varlance No. 2735 was granted by the Anaheim
City Planning Cortmisslon to establish an automobilc upholstery shop on a
rectangularly shaped parcei of land consisting of approxima[ely 0.3 acre located at
thc southeast corner of Ball Read and Wcstern Avcnue; and
WHEREAS, the applicant (John R. Townsend, owner) requests termination of
Variance No. 2736 because on March '',', 197E~ the Planning Lammission appraved
Canditional Use Permit No. 1808 (to permit an automobile repair facility) on subJect
property and one of the conditions of approval of said condittonal use permit
specified tha[ thc propcrty owner sutr:~(t a letter requesting termina[ion of Variance
No. ~736 prior to commencement of the activTty authorTzed by said use permit.
NOW, THEtt~FORE. BE IT RESOIVED Chat the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Variance No. 2736 on [he basis of the
foregoing findings.
