' ENVIRO~JHENTAL IMPACT FItIDiNG: 7hat thc Anaheim City Planning Commissfon has revlewed the subject project consisting of an expansion of church offices with waivers of maximum structurai height artd minimum rear-yard setback on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consistTng of approximately 2.2 acres having a fron[age of approximatcly 180 feet on the south side of La Palma Avertue, havTng a maximum depth of approximately 533 f~et and being located approximately 660 feet east of the centerline of Magnolia Avenue; and does hereby approve the Negative Deciaration from the requirement to prepare an env(ronmental impact report on the basis that there rrouid be no stgnificant individual or cumulative adverse environmeniat impact due io Lhe sppraval of thfs tlegative Reclaration since the Anaheim General Plan desi9nates the subject proper[y for medium density residentTal land uses commensurate with the proposal; [hat no sensitive environme~tal impacts are involved in the proposal; that the Ini[tal S[udy submi[ted by the peticioner indicates no significant individual nr cumulative adverse envtronmental impacts; and that the Negative Declaration substantiat(ng che foregoing findings is on flle in the Clty of Anahcim Planning Department. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P,ESQLVEJ that the Anaheim C(ty Planning Comntssion does hereby grant subject Petition for Conditional Use PermTt, upon the foliowing conditlons which are hereby fou~d to be a netessary prerequtsite to [he proposed use of the subJect property in order to preserve the safe[y and general weifare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: 1, That subjnc[ properCy shall be developed substantlally in accordance with the plans and spectf,:atfons on ftle with the City of Anaheim marked ExhtbTt Nos. 1 through 5. -2- PC78-1o9 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEO that the Anaheim City Planning Commission dces hereby flnd and determine that ~doptlon of this Resolutton Ts expressly predicated upon applicant's compllance with each and all of the conditions hereinabove set forth.
