That 3 persons Indlcated their presence at said public hearing in opposltlon; and that no correspondence was received in oppositlon [o the subject petltion. ENVIRONHENTAL IMPACT FINDING: That the Anaheim City Planning Commission has reviewed the subJect project to permit a slaughter house on a rectangularly-shaped parcei of land consisting of approximately 2.3 acres havtng a frontage of approximately 190 feet on the west side of Nancock Street, having a maxtmum depth of approximately 575 feet. 6eing located approximately 745 feet north of the centerline of La Palma Avenue; and does hereby approve the Negative Declaration from the requlrement to prepare an environmen[al impact report on the basis that there would be no significant ind(vidual or cumulative adverse environmental impact due to the appravai of this Negatlve Declaration since the Anaheim General Plan designates the subject property for general industrial land uses cortmensurate with the proposal; that no sensitive e~vironmental impacts are involved in the proposal; that the Initial Study submitted by the pe[tcioner indicatea no significant indivtdual or cumulative adverse environmental impacts; and that the Negative Declaration substantiating the foregoing findings is on ftle in the City of Anaheim Planning Department. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED [hat the Anahcim City Planning Camnisston does hereby deny subject Petition for Condittonal Use Permit on the basl~ of the aforementioned findings.
