Rnaheim, Callfornia 92805. agent, of certain reat property situated in the Ctty of Anaheim, County of Orange~ State of California, descrlbed as: Parcel 1~ as shown on a map filed in book 106, page 12 of Parcel Maps, in Lhe Office of the County Recorder of said Orange Lounty. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT FIFIDING: The Planning Director or hts authorized representative has determined that the proposed proJect falls within the definition of Categorical Exemptlons, Class 1. as defined in Paragraph 2 ~f the Ctty of Anaheim Environmental Impact Report Guidclines and is, therefore, categoricaily exempt from the requirement to prepare an EIR. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Camnission does hereby grant subJect Petition for Con~itional Use Permit, upon the following condi2tons which are hereby found to bP a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject properiy in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: 1, That subJect property shaii be developed substantially in accordance with plans~ and specif(cations on file ~ith the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 through 4. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tha[ the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby find and determine that adoption of this Resolution is expressly predtcatad upon applicant`s compitance with each and all of the conditions hereinabove set forth. Should any such condition, or any part thereof, be declared invalid or unenforceable by the final Judgment of any court of competent JurlsdicYlon, tf~en this Resolution, and any approvals hereln contained, shall be cleemed null and vold. 1978.
