ENVIRONMENTAL If1PACT FINDING: The Ptanning Director or his authorized representative has determined that the proposed proJect falls within the definition of Categorical Exemptlons, Class 1, as defined ln Paragraph 2 of the City of Anahetm Environmen:al Impact Report Guidelirtes and ts, therefore~ categorically exempt from the requirement to prepare an EIR.
