provisions of the Anaheim Municlpal Code, Chapter 18.03, to hear and consTder

findings and recommenda[tons in connection therewlth; and

1, That the proposed use is properly one for which a condi[tonal use
pr.rmlt is authorized by Anaheim Municipal Code Section 12.03.030.010 ta wit: to
permtt commercial offices in the ML(SL} 2one.
2. That the proposed use is hereby denied on the basls that specific
commercial offTce uses were not identTfied and that the use. as proposed~ is not
related to the tndustrlal uses in the area and would adverscly affect the adJolning
land uses and thc fu[ure growth and development of the ~irea.
3. That the proposed use will adversely affect the adJointng land uses and
the growth and development of the a~ea in which it is proposed to be located.
4, Tha[ the size and shape of the slte proposed for the use is not
adequate to allorr the full development of the proposed use in a manner not
detrimental to the partTcular area nor to the peace, health, safety. a~d general
welfare of the Cittzens of the City of Anaheim.
5, Thai the granttng of the Conditlonal Use Permit wi11 be decrimental to

6. That no one indlcated their presence at said public hearing in
opposition; and that no ~orrespo~dence was received tn oppositton to the subJect
petitlon.
ENVIRONMENTAL If1PACT FINDING: The Ptanning Director or his authorized
representative has determined that the proposed proJect falls within the definition
of Categorical Exemptlons, Class 1, as defined ln Paragraph 2 of the City of Anahetm
Environmen:al Impact Report Guidelirtes and ts, therefore~ categorically exempt from
the requirement to prepare an EIR.
NOW, TIfEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thai the Anaheim Ci[y Pianning Commission
does hereby dc;iy subject Petition for Conditional Use Permit o~ the basis of the
aforementioned findings.
