NOW~ TNEREFORE, BE fT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commlssion does hereby grant subJect Petition for Condttional Use Permlt. upon the following conditlons which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of Lhe subject proper[y in order to preserve the safety and general r+elfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: 1, That the cxisting structure shall be brought up to the mtnTmum standards of the City of Anaheim, including the Uniform 8uilding~ Plumbing, ~lectrical, Mechantcal and Flre Codes as adopted by che City of Anahcim. 2. Thst subJect property shall be developed substantiaTiy in accordance with plans and specifications on file wi[h the City of Anahelm marked Exhibit ~tos.
