0. RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CiTY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS iN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0, 1499
WHEREAS, on October 30. 197~~ Condtttonal Use Permit No. 14g9 was granted by
the Anaheim City Planning Commisslon to permit the contlnued use and expansion of a
private schoolon property consisting of approxtmately 4,k acres having a frontage of
approximatety 244 feet on the north side of Orange Ayenue, having a maximum depth of
approxTmately 634 feet, and being located approximately 1085 feet west of the
centerline of Brookhurst Street; and
WHEREAS, the applicant (Thomas Noon~ Shea Homes) has submitted a request to
terminate Conditlonal Use Permit No. 1499 as a condition of app~oval of Varlance No.
3018. permitt3ng a block wall in connection with a single-famlly subdivTsio~;
NOW~ THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planni~g Cammission
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditlonal Use Permit No. 1499 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
