A RESOLUTlON OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
7ERMINATiNG ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITN
CONDITIONAL USE PERMlT N0. 1362
WHEREAS, on April 2, 1973, ~onditional Use Permlt No. 1362 was granted
by the AnaheTm City Planntng Commission to permit a three-story hotel for
"active senior cftizens" on property, consisting to approximately 1.5 acres~
having a frontage of approximately 105 feet on the west side of State College
Boulevard, having a ma~Tmum depth of approxtmately 390 feet and being located
approxlmately 402 feet north di the centerline of Center Street; and
WNEREAS~ the appltcant (Pete Stanger) has submitted a request to
terminate Conditional Use Permit No. 1362 as a condttion of approval of
Condltional Use Permit No. 1822 permitting a drive-[hrough restaurant,
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plan~ing
Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No.
1362 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
