PC78-171 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PIANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 486 WHEREAS~ on September 3~. 19b3. Condl[lona) Use Permit ~~o. 486 was granted by the Anahelm City Planning Cammission to construct new service station facilities on existing service statlon property consfsting of approximately 0.3 acre located at the southeast corner of Broadway and AnaheTm Boulevard, and hav~ng approximate frontages of 90 feet on the south side of Broadway and 135 fcet on thc east side of Anaheim Boulevard; and WNEREAS, the applicant (Richard H. BTnghan, of Bank of Amertca) has submitted a reques*_ to terminate Conditional Use Permit No, 486 inasmuch as on June 19. 1978, the Anaheim Clty Planning Cunmission approved Conditional Use Permi[ No. 1845 (to expand an automobile sales agency) on subject property anr! one of thz conditions of approva) was that the property owner submit a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 486. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IY RESOLVED [hat the Anaheim Clty Planntng Commission does hereby termi~ate all proceedings of Condttional Usc Permit ~10. 486 on the basis of the foregol~g findings. 1978.
