A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNt~lG COMHISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN C~NNECTION 411TH
VARIANCE N0. 2720
WHEREAS, on August 4, 1975, Variancr_ No. 2720 was granted, tn part, by the
Anaheim C1ty Planiing CommissTon granting waivers of permitted eave proJection,
minimum structui~al setback and mfntmum setback landscaping and denying request for a
~equired masonry wall to co~struc[ a speclalty market on property consfstt~g of
approximately 0.3 acre located at the southeast corner of La Palma Avenue and Harbor
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the appilcants (Joseph M. and Hary M. Anton, property owners) have
submitted a request to terminate Variance No. 2720 inasmuch as Conditional Use Permit
~~o. 1II29 permitting a tire sales and installation factlity with watver of minlmum
number of parkir~ spaces and minimum setback landscaping was granted on May 8, 1978
by the Anahetm City Planning Cnnrntssion and one of the conditions of approval of
Conditlonal Use PermTt No. 1829 was the requirement tlwt [he property ovmer submit a
letter requesttng termination of Variance t~o. 2720.
NOk', TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Lity Planning Commtssion
does hereby termtnate all proceedings of Variance No. 2720 on the basts of the
foregoing findings.
