TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDItIGS IN CONNECTIOId WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0, 15~7
WHEREAS. on September 29~ 1975, Condttional Usc Pernit No. 1577 was granted
by the Anahelm City Planning Commisslon to permit auto sales agencies with waivers of
front setback and requTred site screening on property consisting of approximately 21
acres located on the south side of La Palma Avenue between Nhite Star and Armando
Street; and
1dHEREAS, the appiicant (Richard A. B~••adway of i. P. S.) has submi[ted a
request to terminate Conditional Use Permit No. 1567 inasmuch as Londitional Use
Permit No. 1331 was granted by the Lity Council on June 13, ~978 to permit a
resiaurant and commercTai uses in a proposed industrial complex and one of the
conditians of approval was that the property owner subcolt a letter ~equesting
termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1407.
NOW. TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that [hc Anaheim Ci[y Planning Commisston
does hereby terminate all proeedings of Conditional Use Permit No, i5F7 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
