PC78-174 A RESOlUTION OF THE ANANEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATII~G ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTIOt~ WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1037 4fHEREAS~ on January 13, 1969, Conditlonal Use Permit No. 1087 was granted by the Anaheim Ctty Planning Commission to permit a semi-enclosed restaurant with a waiver of height of base of a free-standing sign on property conslsting af approximately 0.5 acre having a frontage of approx(mately 133 feet on the Eas[ side of Harbor Boulevard, having a maximum depth of approximately 201 feet, and beirg located approxlrnately 395 feet south of the cen[ertine of Orangewood Avenue; and WHEREA5, the applicants (Leonard G. Muskin and Donald T. Leahy) have submitted a request to terminate Conditional Use Pcrmlt Ho. IQ87 inasmuch as the Anaheim City Planning Commission granted Londltlonal Use Permit No. 1839 on June 5. 1973, Yo permit an automobtle rental agency and one of [he conditions of approval wa~ that the property owner submit a letter requesting terminatlon of Conditional Use Permit No. 1087. NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahclm City Planning Lommission does hereby terminate all proceedings of Condi[tonal Use Permit No. 10P•7 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
