ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT FINDING: That the Anahelm City Planning Commisston has rev)ewed the proposa to expan an automobile repatr facTiity with waTver of minimum number of parking spaces o~ a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land conststing of approximately 0.2 acre having a frontage of approximately 98 feet on the north Hide of Lincoln Avenue, having a maximum depth of approxtmately 102 feet, betng located approximately 155 feet west of the centerline of Mest Street; and does hereby approve the Negative Oeclaration from the reyuTrement to prepare an environmental impact report on the basts that there aould be no significant individual or cumulative adverse environmental impact due to the approval of this Negative Declaration since the Anahetm General Plan designates the subject property for general commercTai land uses commensurate with the proposal; that no sensieive environmental impacts are invalved in the proposal; that the Inltial Scudy submitted by the petitioner indtcates no significant individual or cumulatlve adverse environmental tmpacts; and that the Negative Declaration su6sta~ilating the fortgoing findings fs on file in the City of Anahetm Planning Department. NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Llty Planning Cam~ission does hereby grant subJect Petition for Conditional Use Permit. upon the following conditloRS which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use af the subject property in order to prescrve [he safecy and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anahelm: 1.
