ENVIRONMENTAL iMPACT FI~IDING: The Dtrector of the Planning Department has Aetermined that the proposed activity alls within the definition of Sectlon 3.01, Ciass 11, of the City of Anaheim Guidelines to the Requtrements for an Environmental ~mPact Report and is, therefore, categorically exempt from the reGuirement [o file an EIR, NOw~ THEREFORE.
