area. and that a sufficient number of parking spaces for this specific facility are
not provided.

adequate to allow thc full develepment of the proaosed use in a manner not

determined [hat the propnsed acttvity falls within the definition of Section 3.01~
Class i, of the City of Anahefm GuidelTnes to the Requirements for an Environmental
Impact Report and is, therefore, categorically exempt fran the requirement to file an
EIR.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby deny subJect Petitlon for Co~ditioral Use Pernit on the basis of the
aforementioned findings.
