play areas and picnic areas; and

provides in part that a local agency shall not acquire real property nor dispose
of real proper[y, nor construct a public buildfng or structure in any county or
city, until the location, purpose, and extent of such activity has been reported
upon as ta conformicy with the adopted general plan applicable thereuf; and

Anaheim City Planning Commission in accordance wiih Sectio~ G5402 of the
Governrrpnt Codc.

Lommission does hereby find thot the dcvelopment of Peral[a Canyon Park a[ thc
location proposed is in conformance with the City's adopted General Plan and the
Lity Council of the Lity of Anaheim finds [hat said project conforms [o the
requirements for thc filing of a negative declaration fro~ thc requirement to
prepare an environmental irrr~act reoort, pursuant to tl~e provisions of the
California Environmentai Quality Act.
